Fast and reliable analysis results

FIBRETHERM automates the digestion and filtration processes for fibre analysis of feed. The device automatically controls and monitors all boiling, washing and filtration processes in a closed circuit without the need for a fume cupboard. FibreBag technology optimises sample digestion and speeds up the washing and filtration processes. All detergents are automatically fed and dosed via calibrated pumps. The determination of the NDF value after addition of the α-amylase can be carried out during operation without interrupting the process.

 

Relaxed and efficient to validated results

FIBRETHERM standardises fibre analysis in feed according to the globally valid standard procedures and delivers reproducible results of the highest precision. Thanks to the FibreBag technology and the full automation of the processes, exactly reproducible results are guaranteed and deviations due to human error are excluded. The device automatically monitors and controls all relevant parameters and the analysis is method-compliant with standard procedures such as Weender and van Soest.

 

Universal and flexible: fibre analysis for all sample and fibre fractions

FibreBag technology enables the determination of all fibre fractions in feed, including crude fibre (XF), ADF, ADFom, NDF, NDFom, aNDFom and ADL values. Thanks to the large sieve area, the method is more efficient and flexible than comparable methods, which facilitates sample weighing. It is suitable for a wide range of feedstuffs, pet food and livestock feed as well as tea and soybeans. The manual method is required for the determination of ADL.

 

Alternatively applicable for manual analysis

Use the advantages of FibreBag technology also for manual fibre analysis through the Manual FibreBag System. Space-saving systems with 1 or 6 heating points are available, allowing you to process up to 36 samples.
